Residential and Commercial Solutions for Philadelphia Properties
Philadelphia includes attached rowhomes, older residential buildings, apartment communities, storefronts, offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties. FoamTech Construction provides concrete lifting and spray foam insulation for homeowners, businesses, commercial property owners, facility managers, and property managers throughout the Philadelphia area.
We lift and stabilize eligible steps, sidewalks, driveways, garage aprons, patios, courtyards, commercial walkways, building entrances, and warehouse-access areas using high-density polyurethane foam. Concrete lifting can often correct uneven surfaces with less demolition, downtime, and disruption than complete replacement.
We also provide residential and commercial spray foam insulation for attics, crawl spaces, rim joists, walls, garages, additions, rowhomes, multifamily properties, warehouses, metal buildings, and other structures. Philadelphia’s attached and older buildings require careful evaluation of moisture, ventilation, party-wall conditions, roof assemblies, access, and existing mechanical systems before an insulation approach is recommended.

FAQs
Does FoamTech serve residential and commercial properties in Philadelphia?
Yes. FoamTech provides concrete lifting and spray foam insulation for homeowners, businesses, apartment communities, warehouses, commercial property owners, facility managers, and property managers.
Can sidewalks, stoops, and other settled concrete be lifted?
In most cases, yes, when the slab remains sufficiently intact and the work area is suitable for polyurethane lifting. Concrete with extensive cracking, deterioration, or structural failure may require replacement.
Is spray foam suitable for an older Philadelphia rowhome?
It may be, but attached and older homes require careful evaluation. Moisture, masonry construction, party walls, roof ventilation, existing insulation, mechanical equipment, and previous renovations can affect where spray foam should be installed and which system is appropriate.

Jimmy is an absolute pleasure to work with. My pool deck had several slabs that were a tripping hazard at the deepest end of the pool. He assessed the slabs and made recommendations for leveling. I put off the repair for years and Jimmy fixed it in a few hours. Thank you for your expertise and a job well done.

We had FoamTech level out our front walkway after some of the concrete settled and created a trip hazard. They were quick to respond to our message and provided a quote the same day. They showed up when they said they’d be there and the repair went smoothly. No more tripping on the way out the front door

Great customer service. Concrete slabs around my 30 year-old pool shifted over time, creating an ugly tripping hazard. FoamTech lifted & leveled, and caulked around the pool coping. Jimmy reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the work and he even came back out for some touchups without charge. He took time to explain the work, discuss options and set realistic expectations. Great value for the price. See close up before & after picture.

Going above and beyond! We had a unique need … our cottage had windows that slid down into the wall so there was no insulation. Foam Tech built a model in their workshop to make sure they used the right insulation for the job and they worked with the new window installers to coordinate getting the job completed. Much appreciated!!!

I am very happy with the work that FoamTech did with lifting/leveling our steps. I submitted a quote request online and Jimmy called me very quickly to discuss and sent me a quote that day. He even came out to the house, at our request, to thoroughly check the site and make sure he was able to provide quality service. The job was scheduled quickly and completed in a timely manner. After the job was complete, Jimmy took the time to show me what he did and explain the repairs. I would definitely recommend this company!
